EDLD 5320 brought everything full circle. This course challenged me to step back and look at how far I’ve come in the Applied Digital Learning program. It wasn’t just about finishing strong. It was about connecting the dots between everything I had learned, designed, tested, and reflected on over the past year. Through my COVA Reflection, Innovation Project Update, and final Journey Synthesis, I had the opportunity to tell the story of my growth as a learner, leader, and educator. It helped me find clarity, confidence, and renewed purpose.

COVA Reflection & Application

In this reflection, I explored how the COVA (Choice, Ownership, Voice, and Authentic Learning) model shaped my experience in the ADL program. I looked at how each element helped me grow and not just academically, but personally and professionally. I also shared how I plan to apply these principles in my classroom and future leadership roles to empower students and support authentic learning experiences.

Innovation Project Update

This assignment brought together every piece of my innovation plan in one place. I revised and organized each component from research to implementation so it could clearly show how adaptive learning tools can support foundational math instruction for third-grade students. It was an opportunity to reflect on how the plan evolved over time and what steps I’ll take next to keep moving forward.

 Applied Digital Learning Journey Synthesis

This final project captured the heart of my learning journey through the ADL program. I reflected on the challenges, breakthroughs, and lessons that shaped me as both a learner and a leader. From building my ePortfolio to designing meaningful learning experiences, this synthesis brings it all together. It celebrates how far I’ve come and sets the stage for what comes next.
